A VISIT TO YORKSHIRE

In September 2011 Ruben B Lindley from the USA, visited Yorkshire, the home of his ancestor's 'The Lindley's of Otley' dating back to the 1500's.

I would also like to thank John Lindley of North Yorkshire for his help with information of the early Lindley's of Otley and surrounding area's.

There is much more research to do about the 'Lindley family and this is ongoing.

I have been in contact with Ruben for some time and we have helped each other with genealogy problems.

On his visit Ruben took several images of places he visited in and around Leeds, Otley and Leathley.

He has been kind enough to send me these images and has given me permission to display them on my web site.
